When Adrian Oton was just beginning his career, he seemed to spend only short bursts of time with the companies he worked for. He has an inquisitive mind and a burning need to pick up new information, and as a result, he was consistently running out of challenges in the jobs he held. Sometimes, when faced with this situation, it's best to skip over to new companies and pick up new skills that those new companies require for success. Changing jobs so frequently can be difficult, however, as it often involves moving houses and pulling together new friendships. Thankfully, in 1989, [Link removed - login to see] was able to stop moving from job to job. He opened up his own company, P&O Homes, and began working as the Commercial Director. He held that position for many years, until he chose to open up a new company.
